Services include:
Out of home hospice day program. Offers programs rest, relaxation, supportive relationships, recreation and a three-course homemade meal for adults who are living with a life-threatening illness.
Provides educational courses and skills training workshops to the community on a variety of topics, including parenting, child development, and child and youth mental health issues.
Provides assessment, rapid consultation, and treatment of individuals experiencing mental health problems.
A licensed child care centre for families who want to take an active part in the early years of their child’s education. Offers 2 day or 3 day programs in a small-class setting.
Specially trained volunteers offer companionship, respite for caregivers, connection to palliative resources, and/or outings for adults and children. Support is provided through one-on-one visits with residents.
Retirement residence offering private rooms, semi-private rooms, and couples rooms with shared or private bathrooms. Short stay and crisis admissions are available when space permits (i.e. temporary, vacation, respite care).
Licensed child care centre offering in-school extended child care before and after school and on school breaks. Full-time and part-time care available.
Provides outpatient care for adults, adolescents, children, and infants who are HIV positive as well as clients who are living with HIV and Hepatitis C and Hepatitis B co-infections.
