Out of home hospice day program. Offers programs rest, relaxation, supportive relationships, recreation and a three-course homemade meal for adults who are living with a life-threatening illness. All programs are coordinated and staffed by palliative care specialists and supported by the trained hospice volunteer team and certified complementary therapy practitioners.
