Online weekly program for teenaged girls, discussing relevant health topics. Offers skills in self-awareness and management of stress and peer pressure.
This bi-weekly virtual program is offered by an Access Facilitator for newcomer women to address their unique health and wellness-related issues.
Women’s health group with a special focus on issues related to racialized, immigrant, refugee, and lower-income women living in the inner-city core.
Offers a variety of sports and physical activity programs for children ages 3 to 12. Programs include: softball, basketball, dance, gymnastics, soccer, and physical health education.
Offers a variety of education focused programs for children ages 6 to 12. Programs include science or STEAM clubs, art, literacy, and health and nutrition education.
Assists Indigenous women and their families who are or are at risk of homelessness with services required to improve self sufficiency, independence, and stability.
