A mobile health clinic designed to enhance services available to people who face healthcare barriers while accessing emergency shelters, drop-ins, encampments, and other community-based locations. The clinic provides on-the-spot mental health care

Hamilton Music Collective operates in partnership with various local organizations to offer musical programming for youth with the opportunity to learn to play. Volunteer opportunities are also available.  

Programs include:

Learning assessment for people who have challenges with learning. Designed to identify skills levels in reading, writing, math, and digital technology, along with strengths and challenge areas related to language processing.

Offers primary health care services to people living in Hamilton who face barriers to traditional health programs. Providing healthcare to a diverse group of people is possible with a multi-disciplinary team approach, including:

Provides free in-home support for mothers with babies under 6 months of age to cope with the challenges of having a newborn, and/or for women who are at risk of postpartum depression.

Offers family mediation where a neutral third party, called a mediator, assists the disputing parties to reach an informed and voluntary agreement on issues such as how to separate, parenting plans, and child and spousal support. 

Provides free legal services to people living with mental health and substance use concerns which cause barriers to accessing traditional legal services. These free legal clinics are offered throughout the Hamilton community.

A stay-in-school program designed to reduce poverty and its effects by lowering the dropout rate among high school students from economically disadvantaged communities, and increase their participation in post-secondary programs.
