Provides person-centred, specialized mental health care for people with schizophrenia and related illnesses. Multi-disciplinary teams work in partnership with clients, caregivers, and other health care providers.
Offers a variety of health and fitness programs for individuals and families. Serves all members of the community, including those with limited financial means.
Provides equitable access to knowledge, programs, and services that mitigate and prevent the development of chronic diseases and conditions.

Follow-up medical care once discharged from the hospital relating to breastfeeding support, providing health teaching and care support from a Lactation Consultant.

This weekly support group, facilitated by a Social Worker, uses art as a means to support good physical and mental health by promoting overall social engagement.
