Out of home hospice day program. Offers programs rest, relaxation, supportive relationships, recreation and a three-course homemade meal for adults who are living with a life-threatening illness.
One-on-one financial counselling and financial literacy support.
Services include:
A recreational baseball program for youth designed to support skill development, physical fitness and teamwork.
Food bank and support services for transgender and non-binary people and their families.
Offers emergency services to families and individuals of any religion to assist in meeting immediate needs.
Provides financial assistance on behalf of deceased Hamilton residents who do not have sufficient funds in their estate to fully cover the cost of a basic funeral, burial and/or cremation.
Assists new mothers and babies (up to 6 weeks) with breastfeeding during their hospital stay and provides support and assistance after discharge both in the clinic and over the telephone. Visits are by appointment only.
Distributes food to Hamilton residents through donations from local bakeries and grocery stores. No appointment necessary, service is first-come, first-served.
