Anger Management for Men Program: 10-week online class that teaches men strategies and skills to manage their emotions. Provides men a safe space to socialize. Discuss topics related to men’s health and well-being.
Provides an early learning environment that follows Indigenous teachings and knowledge that help to support the growth and development of children and families.
A child care program for children ages 1 to 4. Parents or caregivers attend with their children to provide a transition between home and kindergarten.
Free weekly groups for pregnant individuals. Discussions with a Registered Nurse and Registered Dietitian include pregnancy, labour and birth, managing stress, eating well and cooking healthy food, breastfeeding, and community supports.
