Emergency food bank providing non-perishable food and personal hygiene products to income-challenged residents of Ancaster and the surrounding area.
Provides holiday assistance, including items for a seasonal meal, as well as toys and gifts for children and youth aged 0-18 years.
Provides work experience and training for at-risk youth in the Hamilton community. Youth cook and participate in clean-up in the Living Rock industrial kitchen.
Provides a full range of educational, sport, and recreational activities for newcomers to Canada. These activities provide newcomer youth with a fun, supportive environment.

Offers support to women who have been exposed to abuse and violence, whether physical, sexual, emotional, or financial. Programs provide knowledge and understanding of abuse, safety planning, and access to community resources.
Program provided in partnership with Vision Loss Rehabilitation that provides support for individuals with vision loss and additional functional needs due to a permanent physical disability.

Members meet online via Zoom to listen to guest speakers, exchange information, and learn about cross-sections of different types of roses. Juried rose show held each June at the Royal Botanical Gardens Centre in Burlington.
Rock Experience Program (R.E.P.), an educational and employment program for youth ages 16 to 25 who have been in contact with the criminal justice system.
Offers information-filled club meetings and events are for children with a keen interest in natural history. Outdoor sessions are 2.5 hours long and are themed to match the season and hiking location.
