Monthly meetings held by the Lynden Horticultural Society. Offers guest speakers on various topics, tours of businesses and gardens, as well as workshops.
A nonprofit minor hockey association providing recreational and competitive hockey programs to children and youth in the Stoney Creek area. Teams are available for players of all levels ages 4 to 17.

Annual festival in late August put on by volunteers to celebrate the local peach harvest. Features arts and crafts, commercial exhibits, midway rides, live entertainment, car show, and various food booths.
The Provincial System Support Program has offices throughout Ontario. Regional implementation teams through these offices work closely with local communities and key partners to create and sustain system improvements.
Offers outdoor summer camp programs for ages 6-13 years at Christie Conservation Area. Activities include swimming, hiking, arts and crafts, field games, archery, and canoeing. Transportation by bus is available for all camp programs.
