Provides mental wellness services that are culturally safe for all members of the urban community who self identify as having Indigenous ancestry.
Services include:
- Mental Health and Addictions Counselling and Peer Support for children, youth, and adults
- Mental Health Youth Patient Navigation Services
- Adult Outreach Case Management.
Assistance is provided to aid with transitioning from youth to adult services. Also provides referrals and assistance with navigation of health care and community services as well as accompaniment to medical appointments.

Indigenous peoples (First Nations, Metis, Inuit) and their families or individuals who self-identify as connected to Indigenous heritage that are involved in the health system. Some programs have specific age requirements, contact or visit for more details.
Self referrals are preferred and can be done by contacting 905-544-4320 x555 at which time an intake appointment will be booked.
