Provides complex continuing care that includes four inpatient programs: palliative care, restorative rehabilitation, complex medical, and behavioural. Also offers outpatient clinics for diseases related to aging and the GERAS Centre for Aging Research which is run by McMaster University. Part of the Hamilton Health Sciences Network.
