Falls Prevention and Exercise Classes

A series of free exercise programs designed to help seniors stay healthy, safe and strong and promote improved balance and increased overall independence. 

Programs include:

  • Finding Your Balance (in person) - teaches how to prevent falls and participate in exercise to stay balanced
  • Sit and Fit (virtual through Zoom) - improve balance, posture, strength, and overall health
