Offers 60 apartments (mostly one-bedroom with some bachelor and two-bedroom units). Tenants may include people living with mental or physical health issues, victims of domestic violence, the frail elderly and individuals living with HIV/AIDS. Support staff are located in the building to offer assistance with problem-solving, assist in managing health issues, provide information and referrals to community services, and coordinate social/recreational programming.
