Life skills and facilitated recreation and leisure services available to adults diagnosed with intellectual disabilities. Programs are led or facilitated by a qualified recreation therapist. Services are adapted towards client's individual needs, and can include:
- Basketball, soccer, baseball, and other outdoor recreation
- Walking/running outdoor space
- Art therapy
- Music therapy
- Cooking classes and picnics
- Board games, card games, and puzzles
- Life skill training
- Educational programming
- Animal visits
