Caring Connections

Community-based program for women aged 55+ offered by Glanbrook Community Services in partnership with Fields & Flour Therapy, aiming to create a stigma-free community where women feel comfortable seeking support in ways that feel right for them. Offers free, preventative programs, including:

• Women's Club
• workshops
• events
• lunch and learns

Also offers affordable professional counselling including traditional counselling, baking therapy, walk and talk nature sessions, and other activity-based supports, available both in person and online.
