Bereavement Authority of Ontario

A provincial regulatory agency that inspects and licenses funeral establishments, cemeteries, crematoriums, and investigates complaints. It administers provisions of the Funeral, Burial, and Cremation Services Act on behalf of the province of Ontario.

Also licenses and maintains a public register for funeral related sites and individual providers.
