Skill development workouts for young athletes who are serous about basketball. Emphasis will be placed on footwork, ball handling and dribbling moves, shot mechanics, attacking the basket, explosiveness, speed, agility and overall basketball IQ. Players will learn how to use teamwork, leadership, communication, hard-work and how to apply them to the game of basketball.
Open to all children ages 5 to 16.
