Eligibility
Open to all Ontario residents who have a valid Ontario Health Card and have a disability requiring the equipment or supplies for six months or longer.
Not available for those who:
- are already receiving funding for the same equipment from the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board or
- are Group A Veterans who already receive funding for the same equipment from Veterans Affair Canada
