An employment initiative designed to provide participants with the essential skills and training needed to secure entry-level positions in the landscape and horticulture industry. The program provides 3 weeks of skills and safety training delivered by current industry professionals through live online instruction and hands-on training in real-world conditions. Transportation support could be available for eligible participants during the training cohort. This may include shuttle service for certain off-site training activities or PRESTO cards based on cohort location, individual needs, and availability.
