COVID-19 Testing

Medical clinics to assess individuals for the COVID-19 virus. Testing centres are only open to individuals who show symptoms of COVID-19, have been exposed to a confirmed case of the virus as informed by Hamilton Public Health Services or through the COVID Alert app, are a resident or work in a setting that has a COVID-19 outbreak as informed by Hamilton Public Health Services, or are a resident or work in an at-risk setting such as a long-term care home, homeless shelter, or other congregate setting. Pharmacy testing is available at select locations only for those not showing symptoms. Refer to website for location information. 

Eligibility

COVID-19 Assessment Centres:

Open to Ontarians with no symptoms of COVID-19, have been exposed to a confirmed case of the virus as informed by Hamilton Public Health Services or through the COVID Alert app, are a resident or work in a setting that has a COVID-19 outbreak as informed by Hamilton Public Health Services, or are a resident or work in an at-risk setting such as a long-term care home, homeless shelter, or other congregate setting. Application Instructions

Book an appointment online or call Hamilton Public Health Services at 905-974-9848. Bring the Ontario health card of each individual being tested and a list of any current medications.
