Immigration Appeals Assistance

Programs that provide assistance and support to individuals who want to appeal either a refusal to approve an immigration application or an order for removal from Canada. Assistance may include legal advice and/or legal representation before the Immigration Review Board and may be provided at little or no cost by nonprofit agencies, through fee-based law firms specializing in immigration or by paralegals.
