Programs, often operated in conjunction with community centres, that make fresh and nutritious food and produce from local farms available to low-income individuals and families at affordable prices.

Good Food Box

Offers a bag of assorted fruits and vegetables for pickup. Volunteer positions are available.

A student-run food bank and food security resource, located on McMaster University's campus. Services include:

McQuesten Urban Farm Services

An initiative to increase food security in the McQuesten area by offering educational and recreational programs to community groups and school groups, weekly summer markets, fresh produce food boxes, and volunteer opportunities.
