Menstruation Product Assistance Program

Provides a 2-3 month supply of menstruation products free of charge, to individuals experiencing financial hardship.

Free Menstrual Products in Hamilton

A program offered through the City of Hamilton providing access to free tampons and pads in women’s and universal washrooms at Recreation Centres and Arenas, in addition to granting funding to Hamilton Food Share for the purchase and distribution of menstrual products through its network.
