Public Internet Access Sites

Programs, often offered by libraries, cyber cafes, and a variety of other government, nonprofit or proprietary organizations, that provide on-site Internet-enabled computers for public access.

 

Services

A local branch of the Hamilton Public Library.  

Services include:

Free drop-in centre for youth in Hamilton. Offers a variety of themed activities and social events as well as:

  • access to showers
  • laundry facilities
  • computers and wifi
  • housing search assistance
  • community referrals

HPL branches loan material in various formats to residents who live, work or attend school in Hamilton.  Material may be requested and sent to your library branch of choice. 

Services include:

Public drop-in centre for local youth. Offers a number of free programs and services:
Tech Centre - Provides public free high speed Internet access for use as a resource for job searches or to enhance digital literacy. There are also scanners and a laser printer.
