Hospitals, clinics, hospice facilities and other health care organizations that are actively seeking individuals with the requisite knowledge, skills and experience who are willing to work on a voluntary basis without remuneration providing supportive services for people who have illnesses, injuries or disabilities; or supporting other health/disabilities-related projects.

Volunteer Opportunities, Hamilton Health Sciences

Volunteers at Hamilton Health Sciences support patients in many different programs across the hospitals, from children’s to seniors’ care. Placements are offered in both clinical and common areas of the hospital.

City of Hamilton Lodges Volunteer Program

Volunteers assist residents in day-to-day activities, provide companionship, and raise funds. Volunteers can be involved in activities such as recreational programs, friendly visiting, and other special events and in-house services.
