Residential or day camp facilities where care and recreational activities are provided for children during the summer vacation period.

 

Services

Camp offered by New Testament Baptist Church, located on Harvester's Baptist Camp.

Music theatre program for young people, giving them the opportunity to learn about and develop a love for musical theatre and the performing arts. Also offers two-week summer camps for ages 4-13

Offers children camp activities with a science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM) theme, where participants learn from qualified STEM experts from across Canada. Program design emphasizes engaging activities to foster kids' interest and enthusiasm.

Offers a number of day camp programs for school aged children (ages 6-12). Includes camps in the summer, March break, winter holidays, and on PA Days, as well as monthy themed Family Fun days.

Skill development workouts for young athletes who are serous about basketball. Emphasis will be placed on footwork, ball handling and dribbling moves, shot mechanics, attacking the basket, explosiveness, speed, agility and overall basketball IQ.

Offers outdoor summer camp programs for ages 6-13 years at Christie Conservation Area. Activities include swimming, hiking, arts and crafts, field games, archery, and canoeing. Transportation by bus is available for all camp programs. 

Specialty camps include:

Offers a wide range of day camp programs in the summer for children ages 4 to 15. Also offers PA Day camps.

  • Summer Camp (ages 4-12)
  • Girls Sports Summer Camp (ages 6-12)
  • LIT Camp (ages 13-15)

Extended care may be available for an additional cost. 

Nature-based summer camp, offering exploration and lessons in the learning gardens, farms, forest and city. Other activities include eco-friendly arts and crafts, hiking, swimming, and cooperative sports games, field trips, and more. 

Offers a variety of French Immersion day camps for children throughout summer, winter, March break, and PA Days. Summer camps include Summer Camp, Leadership Camp, Soccer Camp, and STEM Camp. No prior experience in French is required. Extended care is available.

Offers a variety of camps including day camps, overnight camps, and family camp in the summer, as well other year-round camps and programs.

Operates March Break, winter holiday, P.A. Day, and summer camps for school age children. 

Summer day camp program held at the Ancaster Fairgrounds. Camp activities include:

  • Environment and agriculture
  • Arts and crafts
  • Sports and recreation
  • Building life skills
  • Community engagement

Provides day camps for young adventurers. Offers activities with the aim of getting children excited about the great outdoors. Eco Adventures Day Camp (ages 7-11) teaches campers about the natural environment, visit local waterfalls, and play games. 

Offers March break and summer theatre arts camps providing confidence and skill-building experiences for children. Extended hours are available.

Offers summer, winter, and March Break day camps built around the emergent curriculum. Emphasis on play-based learning and exploration.

March Break and Summer Camps. Themes vary by Sport, Education and Leadership Development. Age and times vary. Refer to website for further details. 

Offers various camp programs for children aged 6-13, which include activities such as swimming, arts and crafts, sports, and games. 

A weekend bereavement camp for children and teens who are grieving the death of someone close to them. Campers participate in traditional camp activities combined with grief education and emotional support, led by expert bereavement professionals and trained volunteers.

Offering day camps for youth at various locations. Extended care may be available.
