Residential or day camp facilities that provide opportunities for participants to develop their skills in a specific activity such as athletics, music or art.

 

Services

Offers March Break and summer camps for French-speaking children. All camp leaders are francophone or bilingual and encourage children to speak French as much as they can. Activities include educational outings, sports, and artistic projects. Extended care is available for a fee.

A learn-to-ride bike camp known for taking kids from training wheels to two wheels to road riding. Includes specialized equipment, tailored cycling lessons, and knowledgeable instructors to build confidence and get the most tentative kids to ride on their own.

An organization that teaches foundational skills in swimming, bicycle riding, and trail riding. 

A training program allowing campers to gain real-life experience in music, coming together to explore creativity, musical skills, and have fun. Camps are broken down into four tracks based on technique focus:

A four week camp focused on building technical soccer skills for youth.

Offers a variety of therapeutic horseback riding lessons and summer camp programming to children, youth, and adults with physical, cognitive, or emotional challenges.

Offers March Break and summer camps for children. Programs are built around the circus arts and gymnastics, to help develop skills in body awareness, flexibility, and strength, and stay mentally engaged.

Offers summer camp for children interested in gymnastics. Camps activities include gymnastics, crafts, outdoor activities, and games in the gym. 

Offers a number of soccer-based summer camps for children ages 5 to 13. Full day and half day camps are available and include skill development, team building exercises, games, and activities. Afternoon programming consists of various camp games and activities with optional leisure swim.

Offers summer day camps with indoor and outdoor activities, martial arts classes, arts and crafts, and education on respect, focus, self-control, and self-discipline.

A summer co-ed volleyball camp for children in grades 1 to 8 with emphasis on skill building in a positive environment. MVP Camp instructors are certified NCCP coaches, members of the Mountain Volleyball Club and the McMaster Volleyball community.

Offers year-round dramatic arts instruction for students of all ages. Programs focus on training with professional artists and exploration of individual artistic voice.

Acting and music and theatre classes held weekly with categories os acting, music theatre, and acting for adults.

Offers a variety of arts-based summer camps to give children experience in musical theatre, drama, visual arts, dancing, and music. Camps are available for children in junior kindergarten to grade 7. Extended care is available.

Offers a variety of day camp programs to introduce children to dance disciplines including: jazz, hip-hop, acrobatics, and musical theatre.

Integration of special needs children can be accommodated and will be reviewed on an individual basis.

Offers a variety of summer camps that teach children how to sail and build skills in boat handling, safety, seamanship, and more. Waterfront Camp (ages 5-7) is for children to learn what it feels like to be on the water, and CANSail (ages 7-18) is a four-stage program that builds on skills in the

Offers a wide range of arts classes for all ages and abilities, as well as summer camps and day camps for children. Extended care is available for day camps at an extra cost.

Programming includes:

Designed to promote personal development, tennis skills, and teamwork in a fun environment. Beginners will learn fundamentals, advanced players will concentrate on more elite skills. Campers are grouped by age and ability.

Offers a variety of March Break and summer day camps focusing on basketball skills, sportsmanship, and teamwork. 

Local gymnastics club that offers March Break and summer day camps for children. In addition to gymnastics, activities include games and crafts. 

Two week ballet intensive designed to improve students’ technical and artistic abilities. Includes a performance at the end of the session, and trip to the community pool. 

Offers educational day camp programs to teach math skills to children entering grade nine, ages 13 or 14. Program focuses on the Ontario grade nine curriculum.

Offers children camp activities with a science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM) theme, where participants learn from qualified STEM experts from across Canada. Program design emphasizes engaging activities to foster kids' interest and enthusiasm.
