Job Readiness

Programs that provide individual or group training for people who want to learn the behaviours and techniques that are required for job retention. The training addresses regular attendance, punctuality, appropriate dress, adapting to supervision, employee rights and responsibilities and other similar topics. Included are job readiness programs for people who are seeking employment and postemployment programs that help people keep their job.

A 6 to 8-week program to help newcomers improve their English and prepare for the workplace.  Services include:

Offers training opportunities and employment support for young women and non-binary youth.  

Services include:

REP, an educational and employment program for youth ages 16 to 25 who have been in contact with the criminal justice system.
