Outreach workers connect clients experiencing chronic or episodic homelessness to immediate support, including shelter, food, and income support, and engage with those experiencing longer-term homelessness, providing assistance to rapid re-housing

Provides emergency supply of infant formula, baby food, and diapers to families with children aged 0-3 years. Assistance provided up to once every 2 months.

Provides food for families and individual adults and holiday gifts for children age 13 and under. Children must reside permanently with applicant in order to register. Hamper pick-up dates will be assigned at the time of registering.

Offers Rent-Geared-to-Income (RGI) housing within the city of Hamilton, in apartments, townhouses, and single/semi-detached houses. Depending on location, units are available for eligible singles, couples, families, and seniors. 

Case-management based approach of addressing the root cause issues for people living with poverty. Families or individuals meet with a case manager, develop and action-plan, and track goals and progress towards stability and sufficiency. 

A 65-bed residence providing safe, affordable, and temporary housing to women and non-binary individuals experiencing poverty, homelessness, and violence.

Services include:

Provides a free warm, nutritious meal on weekday mornings for youth aged 13-25. Also gives access to showers, hygiene products, clothing, wi-fi, computers, and crisis and housing support.
