Program assists people with disabilities in finding sustainable, competitive employment or to helping to realize self-employment. A person does not need to be in receipt of ODSP in order to be eligible for Employment Supports.
Employment Supports Include:
Offers a number of employment assistance services to the Caledonia community.
- job search assistance
- job matching and placements
- second career services
- student employment services
- resource area including computers and internet use
Pre-apprenticeship training and employment programs are offered in welding and general machining in partnership with Mohawk College for those who have served a Federal or Provincial sentence.
Each program is 14 weeks of training followed by 12 weeks of paid work placement.
This program is funded by the Ministry of Training, Colleges and Universities.

A social enterprise that helps people overcome employment barriers, and works with both individuals and employers to find employment solutions.
Offers employment support for women. Services include:
- one on one coaching
- business plan mentoring
- employment resources
Program provides assistance to Six Nations Band members, in meeting their employment and training objectives by supporting them in obtaining access to employment programs and services.
