The John Howard Society offers direct service to individuals who are or are at risk of becoming involved with the criminal justice system, and their families. Services include multiple programs for youth and adults, including community programs and employment programs.

Non-academic student life space located on McMaster University campus and operated by McMaster Students Union. Includes multi-faith prayer spaces, collaboration rooms, a community kitchen, lots of seating, as well as lounge and event spaces for students and student groups.
Matches children and teens with volunteers from the community. Pairs meet regularly, sharing interests and activities while building friendships, and the caregivers benefit from additional respite.
