The Ancaster Township Historical Society was founded in 1950 to promote interest in Ancaster, Ontario. They present talks and programming focused on the history of Ancaster, Hamilton and the surrounding area.

They operate the site and archives at the Fieldcote Memorial Park and Museum.

Visitors are welcome. There are volunteer opportunities.

A children-focused museum that focuses on play-based learning and experiences. Play experiences focus on physical, emotional, social, language and cognitive development. This museum is housed in a 1875 farmhouse within Gage Park. 

Offers summer camps, March break camps, day camps, and leadership development programs for children and youth. Provides a one-to-one buddy program for children with developmental or physical disabilities.

Accessible parking permits authorize the permit holder to park vehicle in a designated accessible parking space. Permit must be displayed on the dashboard or sun visor and may be used in any vehicle in which the permit holder is travelling.

Conservation Halton offers a variety of conservation, recreation, and education programs at their parks, both year-round and seasonally.
