Hamilton office of the Shalem Mental Health Network. Offers a variety of community focused mental health supports.
Operates a seniors community in downtown Dundas. Includes a long-term care home and independent living residences.
A Health Settlement Counseller offers this session to support marginalized individuals from the Sudanese community who are unable to attend community-led physical activities and heart health programs due to religious and cultural barriers.
Works with community members locally in Hamilton and across the province to advocate for the rights of people with disabilities. The aim is to build a just and accessible Ontario, wherein people with disabilities have personal and political agency, can thrive and foster community, and to build the power, capacity, and skills needed to hold people, communities, and institutions responsible for the spaces they create.
