Compassionate appeals are for people who wish to receive a reduction in property taxes due to extreme sickness or poverty. Applications are heard by the Assessment Review Board and are for the current year only. 

Provides supports and services to ensure Indigenous women’s voices are heard in the justice process. Prepares and submits culturally grounded and individually focused recommendations to the courts for consideration during sentencing.

A heritage society with a mission to increase public awareness and appreciation of local heritage, collect and preserve evidence relating to the Hamilton Mountain, and advocate for the preservation of the built heritage of Hamilton Mountain. Affiliated with the Ontario Historical Society.
