A community choir, including soprano, alto, tenor, and bass vocal ranges. Practices held weekly. New members are welcome.
Provides driver companions to transport and accompany older adults to and from medical appointments, shopping centres, grocery stores, visiting friends, and other errands.
Women's group that supports the Legion and its members, as well as community groups. Also engages in social activities such as luncheons, euchre tournaments, and more.
Offers a variety of programs to serve and celebrate the francophone community. All programs are geared toward the French community, people in interested in French culture and language, and families of children attending French immersion schools.
Provides an opportunity for communities to engage Indigenous men and youth in understanding violence against Indigenous women and support them in joining together to end the violence.
Confidential helpline for Francophone women dealing with violence that offers:
- crisis intervention
- support and referral to community agencies
Members meet to listen to guest speakers, exchange information, and learn about a cross-section of different types of roses. Juried rose show held each June at the Royal Botanical Gardens Centre in Burlington.
An immigration and newcomer program designed for 2SLGBTQIA+ youth who are newcomers to Hamilton.
