Provides free in-home support for mothers with babies under 6 months of age to cope with the challenges of having a newborn, and/or for women who are at risk of postpartum depression.

A women's social group who meet to support, educate, and empower Métis women, offering various programs and events.
Program assists vulnerable older adults secure and maintain housing in safe and stable environments, providing assistance and/or connections to supports that address hoarding, cleanliness, and noise levels or other disturbances to other tenants.
Assists new mothers and babies (up to 6 weeks) with breastfeeding during their hospital stay and provides support and assistance after discharge both in the clinic and over the telephone. Visits are by appointment only.

A stay-in-school program designed to reduce poverty and its effects by lowering the dropout rate among high school students from economically disadvantaged communities, and increase their participation in post-secondary programs.
Provides financial assistance on behalf of deceased Hamilton residents who do not have sufficient funds in their estate to fully cover the cost of a basic funeral, burial and/or cremation.
Provides up to 30 minutes of free legal services over the phone for low-income people in Ontario.
