Provides free in-home support for mothers with babies under 6 months of age to cope with the challenges of having a newborn, and/or for women who are at risk of post-partum depression.
Provides personalized support to individuals who are seeking to change their substance use. Participants learn to identify and deal with triggers while living in the community. Programs are offered in-person and virtually.
Provides housing in southern Ontario including residential care with 24 hour on-site services and supported independent-living apartments. Hamilton has both apartments and homes available with varying levels of on-site care and support.
Delivers programs and services which promote spiritual/emotional growth and wellness. Staff includes community approved healers, teachers, and facilitators.

Provides consultations and assessments around issues of child maltreatment, including physical, sexual, and emotional abuse and neglect.
A program that provides free group recreational activities for older adults over the phone. Allows participants to socialize and join in on special guest workshops, trivia, Family Feud, brain games, story breaks, and fitness classes.
Medical clinic that provides safe abortion services. Abortions are performed under local anaesthetic for women in their first and second trimester of pregnancy. Personal information is confidential.
A women's social group who meet to support, educate, and empower Métis women, offering various programs and events.
