Program that assists the Urban Indigenous youth at risk in providing access to activities that will ensure choices to healthy lifestyles.

Provides a free warm, nutritious meal on weekday mornings for youth aged 13-25. Also gives access to showers, hygiene products, clothing, wi-fi, computers, and crisis and housing support.

Provides community support services to urban Indigenous clients, regardless of age, who are disabled, chronically ill, frail, or elderly. 

Services include:

A women's social and support group that meets weekly. Activities include crafts, conversations, or events planned through partnerships. 

A supervised space for children to spend time before school, with a hot breakfast provided. Assistance with homework is also available. Program runs on school days from 7:45am to 9:15am, parents and families are welcome.
