Provides free in-home support for mothers with babies under 6 months of age to cope with the challenges of having a newborn, and/or for women who are at risk of post-partum depression.
Offers emergency food support for residents of Hamilton mountain by providing 5-7 days of essential food, including fruits and vegetables, meat, dairy, bread and vital non-perishable items.
Provides personalized support to individuals who are seeking to change their substance use. Participants learn to identify and deal with triggers while living in the community. Programs are offered in-person and virtually.
A 40-bed emergency shelter for individuals and their children who are fleeing violence and abuse.
Programs and service:
Provides housing in southern Ontario including residential care with 24 hour on-site services and supported independent-living apartments. Hamilton has both apartments and homes available with varying levels of on-site care and support.
A women's social group who meet to support, educate, and empower Métis women, offering various programs and events.
Provides community based supports for adults with developmental disabilities with a focus on skill building, pre-employment opportunities and literacy skills.
A drop-in centre for youth 8-19 years old, providing a welcoming space for learning, growing, building relationships, having fun, and offering support to experience fulfilling routes
Provides free warm, nutritious meals on weekdays for youth aged 13-25: bagged meals on Monday and Friday, and dinner drop-in Tuesday through Thursday, offering positive social activities such as board games, movies, spa night, karaoke, and more.
