This is a pre-trial program to help the Court and the accused person in the assignment and fulfillment of bail conditions. Verification of the accused's community circumstances is obtained to help the Court set bail requirements.

Licensed child care centre, providing care before and after school for children that attend kindergarten or are school aged. Provides a morning and an afternoon snack as well as a variety of recreational activities.
Offers free clothing to in-need individuals, as well as coffee and sweet treats.
Youth are diverted from the formal youth justice process, while being held accountable for their actions in a community context.
Services designed to help newcomer, immigrant, and refugee women address their unique needs through community resources and referrals, short term sessional counseling, and workshops.

Serving children form St. Lawrence and Bennetto Elementary Schools, children work on their literacy, numeracy, and social skills with mentors from McMaster University.
CCAS provides adoption and fostering education programs, home studies, adoption placement of children, post-placement counselling and support, and fulfillment of legal requirements to finalize placement of children for adoption.
Provides free income tax assistance for current and prior years returns, prepared via telephone. Appointments are required.
