Offers workshops and seminars about music therapy techniques and approaches from music therapists, health care professionals, and the general public.
Offers a variety of sports and physical activity programs for children ages 3 to 12. Programs include: softball, basketball, dance, gymnastics, soccer, and physical health education.
Offers a variety of education focused programs for children ages 6 to 12. Programs include science or STEAM clubs, art, literacy, and health and nutrition education.
Offers free Nicotine Replacement Therapy (NRT) and counselling by Public Health Nurses. Counselling sessions must be attended to access free NRT. Appointments are required.
A monthly clinic where certified workers provide foot care services, such as assessing foot health, and cutting and filing nails.
Offers drop-in and multiple week programs on a variety of topics to support and help improve parental skills. Contact or visit website for details on the programs offered, as well as dates, times and locations.
A supervised space for children to spend time before school, with a hot breakfast provided. Assistance with homework is also available. Program runs on school days, and parents and families are welcome.
Teaches senior residents and clients nutrition strategies and cooking skills. Participants participate in a luncheon to develop friendships and socialize. Also offers special guest speakers about topics that interest participants.
A full-day program providing an early learning environment that follows Indigenous teachings and knowledge that help to support the growth and development of children and families.
