Applications for Ontario Works assistance and emergency assistance
Ongoing Ontario Works case management
Connection to community agencies/organizations
Employment counselling and referral
The Learning, Earning and Parenting (LEAP) program is part of Ontario Works and managed by Children's and Home Management Services, another division of the Community & Emergency Services Department.

Eligibility
Age 16 years to 65 years; Individuals in financial need * employable youth 16-17 years who cannot live at home and are attending school or seeking employment (funds must be managed by a trustee, guardian or agency) * financial need is determined by a review of income, liquid assets, and living expenses * Employment Resource Centre: open to all
