Steps in a Family Law Case Interactive Flowcharts

An interactive tool of three flowcharts that provide basic information about the steps in a typical family law case in Ontario. Cases dealing with child custody and access, child support, spousal support, and dividing property are covered, and are split into "before you start", "applicant", and "respondent."

This resource does not show the court process for divorce, or for family law issues like adoption and child protection. The resource is a guide. For additional help, seek legal advice.
