Hamilton Social Medicine Response Team Services

Provides a patient- and community-led alternative model to health care services, with a focus on people who are unhoused and those who use drugs. Services offered include:

  • Clinical care (general assessment, wound care, bloodwork, STI testing and treatment, referrals, etc.)
  • Drop-in psychiatry
  • Sterile supplies (injection and inhalation supplies, sharps containers, safer sex supplies)
  • Drug testing kits
  • Naloxone
  • Donated clothing
