Help A Girl Out Workshops

Presents workshops with topics related to uterine and menstrual health, puberty, body confidence, advocacy, self-esteem, mental health, and skill development. Each workshop incorporates interactive activities, real-life examples, and practical tips tailored to the participants’ specific age group and cultural sensitivities.

Also offers sewing workshops, teaching beginners how to sew reusable pads. The At-Home-Sewists programs gives intermediate and advanced sewers the opportunity to volunteer and help fulfill supply kit needs.
