CIBC Breast Assessment Centre

The CIBC Breast Assessment Centre offers the following services:

  • Screening mammograms through the Ontario Breast Screening Program (OBSP)
  • Follow-up of abnormal screening mammograms
  • Assessment for people with symptoms of breast cancer
  • Mammograms for people with a prior diagnosis of breast cancer as part of ongoing surveillance
  • Genetic assessment and high risk screening for women at increased risk

Eligibility

Women aged 50 to 74, and women aged 30 to 69 who are identified as being at high risk for breast cancer. Transgender people may be eligible based on their medical history, contact for more information. Health care referral is required for women under age 50 or over age 74, and people who have had a breast cancer diagnosis in the past.
