Beach Canal Lighthouse Group Meetings and Events

Citizens working to ensure the Burlington Canal limestone lighthouse and light keeper's cottage are celebrated and preserved for future generations. In addition to holding General Meetings, they participate in a variety of community events and celebrations, including Hamilton’s Heritage Day (February), Doors Open Hamilton (May), and the annual Beach Strip garage sale (July). Members also give talks about the Beach Canal Lighthouse Group and the Burlington Canal Light Station to other local heritage organizations.
