Open to Hamilton residents who have a low income and no dental insurance. Those who are enrolled in the Healthy Smiles program and the Ontario Seniors Dental Care Program can also book appointments at this clinic.
Not open to individuals who have been approved for dental services by the Special Supports Program.
Children and seniors who are part of the Healthy Smiles Ontario Program or the Ontario Seniors Dental Care Program can call to book an appointment.
All others must complete the application form that is available on the website prior to booking an appointment.
