A supportive housing project which provides an opportunity for adults with a physical disability to live in a geared-to-income, fully accessible townhouse with common spaces that the residents share. All clients receive personal support services and have access to additional life skill supports, such as banking and budget management, medical accompaniment and follow up, community engagement, and recreational activities, as well as support with scheduling of transportation services and other appointments.
