Spring Valley Community Association Location.  Open to City of Hamilton residents living in Ward 12, also known as Ancaster.  Preserves, protects and enhances the community environment and quality of life for residents.  Provides a forum and a structure to organize, communicate, lobby and pursue the needs of members of the association.
